A, job responsibilities:

1. Deal with the customer's after-sales team and the after-sales problems fed back by the end users;

2. Serve the internal service trade sales team to meet their needs;

3. Summarize and analyze the after-sales problems in each stage to promote product improvement and promotion;

4. Prepare after-sales support materials for new products, etc.

5. Complete other related work arranged by the leader with good quality and quantity.

Second, the job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred, major in materials science (metal materials, steel rolling) is preferred; Bachelor degree in related technology is preferred;

2. Excellent technical communication and customer relationship management skills, and excellent management knowledge related to technical support; Experience in on-site production technical support and customer technical support, and be able to propose solutions and solutions to problems. ..
